Best Grinder for Cold Brew
Cold brew steeps for hours, so fines over-extract into mud and bitterness. A grinder that holds a true coarse setting makes cleaner, sweeter concentrate.

Buying advice
Grind as coarse as sea salt and use a paper filter in the brew to catch fines. A cheap burr beats any blade here.
FAQ
Why coarse for cold brew?
Fine grounds over-extract during long steeps, tasting bitter and muddy.
Need an expensive grinder?
No - any even burr at coarse setting works.
Blade grinder OK?
Never - blades make uneven dust that ruins cold brew.
